This was the best thing off the BBQ so far this summer!!! I cooked it on the pizza stone that I had preheated to about 450 on the grill. It made the crust bake like it was done in a brick oven! Delicious!!!
Recipe:
*homemade pizza dough
sauted, chopped chicken breast smothered in Kinder's bbq sauce (our new favorite)
additional sauce for spreading on crust
thinly sliced red onion
small diced pineapple-this is optional
grated mozarella cheese
chopped cilantro-sprinkle on top after baking
Assemble pizza on a long-handled pizza peel sprinkled with corn meal. Slide prepared pizza onto the preheated stone. Close the lid of the bbq and check after 5 minutes. I cooked ours for 5-10 minutes.
