Sugar Cookies

These are the softest, most delicious sugar cookies and when frosted.... are absolutely HEAVENLY!
2/3 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
4-5 c. flour (stiff enough to roll)

Cream the butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Add the baking soda, powder, salt, and flour. Chill for at least an hour before rolling out and cutting into shapes. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
