My good friend Chantal shared this recipe with me. While they may not be as healthy as an apple, these chocolate chip cookies are a HEALTHIER alternative to your classic chocolate chip cookie! As usual, these are best eaten warm out of the oven.
½ c. butter
¾ c. brown sugar
1 egg
cream together then add:
¼ c. milk
1 c. wheat flour
1 c. oat flour
2 t. baking powder
½ t. salt
½ t. cinnamon
2 c. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped pecans
Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
