Spinach Salad w/Apples, Avocado & Bacon

Dressing:
1 c. olive oil
¼ c. powdered sugar
¼ c. apple cider vinegar
1 T. fresh lemon juice
1 ½ t. dry mustard
1 ½ t. paprika
½ t. ground ginger
Salt and pepper to taste

½ lb crisply browned bacon in small pieces
2 6 oz. bags baby spinach
2 medium apples, peeled and thinly sliced
1 c. very thinly sliced red onion
1 ripe avocado, cubed
