Peanut Blossoms

Holiday cookies are my FAVORITE and Peanut Blossoms always seem to be on our Holiday platter. Be sure to not over bake these cookies and they'll turn out perfectly soft and chewy!

1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 cup flour
1 tsp. soda
Hershey's chocolate kisses

Cream the peanut butter, butter, sugar, egg and vanilla.
Add the flour, salt and soda and mix until combined.
Shape the dough into balls and dip in a small bowl of white sugar.
Place on cookie sheet and bake for 7-8 minutes at 350 degrees.
Do NOT over bake the cookies!
Gently press a Hershey's Kiss in the center of each cookie while they're still hot.
Let cool on the pan for a few minutes and then let them completely cool
on a cooling rack.
