Green beans are delicious plain, but the combination of these sauted herbs and vegetables is amazing. A definite must each year at our Thanksgiving table.
4 T. butter
1/2 cup minced onion
1-2 cloves minced garlic
1/4 cup minced celery
1/2 cup minced flat leaf parsleu
1 tsp. dried rosemary
1 tsp. basil
3/4 tsp salt
