This sounds way too easy to be so delicious-but trust me, it's the best way to enjoy grilled salmon-hands down!
Generously salt and pepper the salmon steaks. Liberally coat them with Grey Poupon mustard. Then, press enough brown sugar into each steak to cover the mustard. That's it. The best cooking method is on a cedar plank, on the grill. But I have done it on the grill using a thick piece of foil as well as broiling them in the oven. Don't over cook-7-10 minutes is usually enough so it's flaky but not dried out.
