Butter Lettuce Salad

Michele served this at bookclub-it was just a perfect salad.  Came home and made it for the family and they agreed-a perfect salad.  Thanks Michele!

The Salad:

chopped butter lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, red onion, toasted almonds, golden raisins

The Dressing:

1/4 C cider vinegar

1T sugar

1/2 t pepper

1/4 t salt

2T olive oil

1T lemon juice 

1/2 t minced garlic
