It wouldn't be Valentine's Day without something heart-shaped to make and eat! So for dinner we made BBQ Chicken Pizza but just made the crust in the shape of a heart. (Yes, Papa Murphy's stole my idea!)

Topping:
Your favorite bbq sauce-I love Sweet Baby Ray's original flavor
Saute small chunks of chicken breast with several cloves of garlic and salt and pepper.
small chunks of fresh or canned pineapple
sliced red onion-sauted until tender
grated mozarella cheese
Layer ingredients (be generous with the sauce) ending with cheese. Bake on preheated pizza stone at 450 degrees for about 15 minutes.
