Pumpkin Smoothie

1 cup vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/4-1/2 cup pumpkin puree (canned or homemade)
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/4 cup honey (you can use less. Just add to taste.)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Ice, any amount you want 
**Add milk to the right consistency (~1/2 cup)

Blend and voila! 
**Don't avoid the oats. They give it a great texture and make it a heartier meal!!
