I had this today at our end of the year tennis luncheon-super delicious! Can't wait to make it again. Thanks Marion for sharing the recipe!
1 package ramen noodles-broken into small pieces
1 pkg. Broccoli Slaw (Manns) in the refrigerated vegetable section
Dressing:
Ramen seasoning packet.
3 T. sugar
3 T. rice vinegar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups sliced or slivered almonds-toasted
Salt and Pepper to taste
Toss dressing with slaw and refrigerated at least 3 hours. Add toasted almonds and crushed ramen noodles to slaw before serving.Add cooked, seasoned chicken if desired.
