Grilled Salmon with Sweet Corn Saute

Here’s a new great way to serve grilled salmon-thank you sister for your inspiration!!
Grill salmon-rub with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste

Prepare corn saute:

6 ears of corn, kernels removed
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 
2 red bell peppers, seeded and chopped
1 medium red onion, peeled and chopped
1 garlic clove, peeled and chopped
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, stems removed and chopped
salt and pepper
Saute until crisp tender. Place a small amount on each plate and lay salmon filet on top.
