Green Chili and Cheese Souffle

This was the other dish we served at Erin's bridal shower brunch.  Hard to decide which one to eat!  

10 eggs
1 pint cottage cheese
1 cube melted butter-I use 1/2 butter and 1/2 olive oil
1 lb. cheese -cheddar/jack
½ cup flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 4 oz. can green chilies

Combine eggs, butter, flour and baking powder in blender. Blend until smooth. Spray a 9x13 inch pyrex pan. Spread cheeses and chilies evenly in pan. Pour egg mixture over all. Bake for 45 min. at 325 degrees.
