Texas Sheet Cake

Mix:
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
½ cup cocoa

Bring to a boil:
1 cup water
½ cup oil
1 stick butter

When mixture comes to a boil, add to flour mixture. Add two eggs and beat to combine. Add 1 ½ teaspoon baking soda, ½ cup buttermilk and ½ teaspoon vanilla
Pour into 11x17 inch greased baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.

5 minutes before cake is done…
Melt 1 stick of butter. Add 1 box of powdered sugar, ½ cup cocoa, 1/3 cup buttermilk and 1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts. Pour over hot cake to ice.
