Healthy Homemade Granola





Packaged in a cute tin, this makes a great gift. It's delicious eaten plain or in a bowl with milk.

4 c. organic oats (not quick cooking)
½ c. flax seed
½ c. wheat germ
½ c. oat bran
½ c. pumpkin seeds
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 t. sea salt

Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.

In a small sauce pan, combine ½ c. brown rice syrup, ½ c. honey, ¼ c. olive oil, ¼ c. molasses. Heat until combined. Pour over dry ingredients and toss until well coated.
Bake at 300 degrees for 1-2 hours stirring occasionally. Cool. Break into pieces.
