Mango Chicken Tacos


This is a delicious crock pot recipe that is super easy to put together and is a definite crowd pleaser!


(serves 4-6)

10 chicken tenders

2 cups mango salsa

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 1/2 tsp. salt


Mix the salsa, brown sugar, and salt in the crock pot and then add your chicken tenders. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-6 hours. Shred the chicken and serve in warm tortillas with cheese, black beans and avocado. Mmmmm! Mmmm! Delish!
