Fruit Pizza


In honor of Megan's birthday, I'm making fruit pizza. I think she has requested this as her "birthday cake" for probably 15 out of her 19 total birthdays. It's beautiful and delicious and totally easy to make.

The Crust:
1 Pillsbury sugar cookie ready-made dough
Roll out onto circle baking pan or pizza stone. ** It will spread quite a bit, so don't roll out too thin.
Bake at 350 for 10-12 min, or until the edges are slightly golden brown.

The Topping:
Beat an 8 ounce package of cream cheese with 2 cups powdered sugar, 1/2 tsp vanilla and 1/4 tsp salt. Spread over cooled crusts. Top with your favorite fruit....I like all the berries, but kiwi, fresh peaches, etc. work too!
