German Pancakes

German Pancake topped with lemon juice, fresh fruit and
powdered sugar is one of my very favorite breakfasts.
Delicious, and so easy to make.

1/4 c butter
5 eggs
1 1/4 c milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c flour

Melt butter in a 9x13 pan in the oven while it is preheating to 425 degrees.
Mix eggs, flour and milk in the blender.
Add batter to pan with melted butter and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Serve with lemon juice, fresh fruit and powdered sugar!
