Stir-Fry Vegetables

Here's a great way to serve stir-fry vegetables. Cut up your favorite vegetables-in small pieces. Stir fry in a small amount of olive or sesame oil and a couple cloves of garlic until crisp tender. (don't overcook) Pour sauce over, stir and reduce heat for a few minutes. Serve.

Sauce
Mix together:
1/4 cup water
2 tsp. corn starch
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. red wine vinegar
a couple of dashes of cayenne pepper-to taste
