I have got to memorize this sauce because it’s my new go-to quick and easy dinner. Saute a little chicken, pork, shrimp or no meat at all, add whatever fresh, steamed vegetable(s) you have on hand and in the meantime boil pasta or asian rice noodles. Toss all together with this delicious sauce and you’ve got a great dinner and hopefully lunch left-overs!
1/2 cup natural chunky peanut butter
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon chili garlic paste
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
1/4 cup toasted peanuts (optional)
Put all ingredients, plus 1/2 cup water, in a food processor and blend just until combined. Pour over cooked and rinsed noodles.
