Easy Bisquick Coffee Cake

Breakfast for dinner is one of our favorite "fall back" meals and this coffee cake recipe is not only super EASY to make, but absolutely DELICIOUS!


3 cups Bisquick
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
4 Tbsp. melted butter
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

Mix together until smooth. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 pan.

Topping:
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup Bisquick
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 Tbsp. softened/melted butter

Combine and sprinkle over the top of the batter. Use a fork to poke the topping down into the cake.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until a fork inserted into the middle comes out clean.
