1 1/2 lbs. flank steak cut in strips.
Marinade:
2 T. ground ginger
3/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup sesame oil
2/3 cup soy sauce
2/3 cup brown sugar
2+ cloves garlic-pressed
Marinate beef for several hours or overnight. Thread on skewers and grill. Serve sprinkled with sesame seeds.
