Pizza Caprese

A great fast and easy dinner-

Slice and toast focaccia bread

Layer with sliced, garden tomatoes, fresh mozarella, and fresh basil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Broil until cheese begins to melt.

Serve with a green salad. Simple and delicious.
