Brown Rice and Lentils

This recipe is my recent "comfort food". It was dinner on the first night and warmed up for lunch for the following few days. It tastes good but feels even better inside, if that makes any sense!

2 cups brown rice
1 cup lentils
4 1/2 cups chicken/beef/vegetable broth
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp cumin
1 T. dehydrated onion-or fresh
1 tsp. dehydrated garlic-or fresh

Put all ingredients in a stock pot. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat and cook for 1 hour.
